Return & exchange policy

Satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. However, if you wish to return a damaged or faulty item, we will be happy to exchange for a replacement based on availability or for store credit only. Items should be unworn, unused, with tags and otherwise in same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging.

To start the return process, please send an email to info@paalmbaby.com with your order number any proof of purchase from Paalm and a photo of the item(s). This email must be sent out within 7 days of receiving your items.

Once we receive your order and it has been accepted, we will then send out a replacement if available or issue store credit.
