Our products are ethically made with your little ones safety and comfort in mind. Clothing, accessories and blankets are made from the finest GOTS organic cotton. While our premium silicone feeding essentials are made from 100% food grade silicone with zero nasties (Bpa, Latex, phthalates free) and also LFGB certified.

Our organic clothing fits true to size, based on average-sized children. Please see size guide on your item listing.

LFGB stands for “Lebensmittel-, Bedarfsgegenstände- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch or “Foods, Consumer Goods and Feedstuffs Code”.

LFGB is the European testing standard for food grade silicone while FDA is the American standard. If silicone passes either testing, it is safe for human consumption.

The main difference lies in the testing method. LFGB tests are the strictest standard and must pass through more comprehensive testing regulations, hence its “premium” status. This is essentially why Paalm is proud to offer a range of safe LFGB-certified silicone for your little one.

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email once you place your order. If it does not come through within the hour, and you have checked your spam/junk mail, please send an email to info@paalmbaby.com.

Sadly, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. Our system can not add items to an existing order, so it is important all fields are filled correctly.

All items are packed and shipped in naturally biodegradable materials.

Absolutely. We do not include an invoice in the package. This allows for gifting at the point of delivery.

Please note that Paalm does not offer gift-wrapping services at this time. Gifts will be delivered in our standard biodegradable packaging.

At checkout, there is an option to add a note to your order. Please indicate that it is a gift item, then proceed to include the message. This will be delivered in the package on one of our cards.

Absolutely! We ship worldwide

Yes we do, for orders within Lagos only. All orders must be placed by 10am for same day shipping.

Orders placed after 10am for same day shipping will be delivered the following day.

Orders usually take 24hrs to be processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. Delivery times will depend on destination of the order. See below.

Lagos - Same day shipping and Standard shipping (1-2 days)
Nationwide - 2-3 days
Worldwide - 5-10 days

We use DHL+ for nationwide and worldwide shipping. Deliveries within Lagos are fulfilled by carefully selected carriers as required.

Yes you can! A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to your email once it’s been handed to the courier. This applies to nationwide and worldwide shipping only.

Satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. However, if you wish to return a damaged or faulty item, we will be happy to exchange for a replacement based on availability or for store credit only. Items should be unworn, unused, with tags and otherwise in same condition that you received it in, including its original packaging.

To start the return process, please send an email to info@paalmbaby.com with your order number or any proof of purchase from Paalm and a photo of the item(s). This email must be sent out within 7 days of receiving your items.

Once we receive your order and it has been accepted, we will then send out a replacement if available or issue store credit.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, USSD, Apple Pay and bank transfer (for customers in Nigeria only) via Paystack.

Orders outside Nigeria may be subject to duty and local taxes.

Kindly note that Paalm assumes no responsibility for items that may be refused or subject to custom/import charges. We recommend checking the receiving countries import levies before placing an order.
