At Paalm Baby, we believe that what touches your baby's skin and goes into your baby's mouth should meet the highest safety standards in the world. Every product in our range carries at least one internationally recognised certification, verified independently, not just claimed on a label.
GOTS Certification. The Gold Standard for Organic Textiles.
GOTS stands for the Global Organic Textile Standard, the world's most rigorous and widely recognised certification for organic fibres in textiles. For a fabric to carry the GOTS label, at least 95% of the fibre must be certified organic at farm level, no toxic pesticides or herbicides may be used in cotton farming, all wet processing including dyeing and finishing must use only approved, low-impact substances, and every step of the supply chain is independently audited, not self-declared.
Why it matters for your baby: Conventional cotton farming uses approximately 10% of the world's agricultural chemicals. For a baby whose skin absorbs far more than adult skin, this residue poses a real risk of irritation and allergic reaction. GOTS certification eliminates this risk entirely.z
LFGB Certification. Germany's Standard for Food-Contact Safety.
LFGB stands for the German Food and Feed Code, considered the most stringent food safety standard in the world for products that come into contact with food. All Paalm Baby silicone feeding products are LFGB certified, meaning no BPA, no phthalates, no latex, and food-grade silicone that can safely go from freezer to microwave to dishwasher. Independently tested, not assumed.
